One woman varies differently from another
when it comes in handling the monthly period. Some are lucky that they are not
bothered at all during their periods as if it is just a normal day. However,
others may not be fortunate because for some women having their monthly period
really change their moods because of the feeling of discomfort. Some do not
experience any discomfort at all whereas some also undergo a lot of pain and
trouble during this times. So, there are lots of things that you should not do
during monthly periods especially if you're dealing with troublesome periods.

Having Unprotected Sexual Intercourse
You are not
advised to engage in any activity or intercourse as much as possible for
hygiene purposes because it might be very messy. Otherwise to avoid infections,
use protection before engaging with this type of activity if you cannot control
in doing so.
Skipping Meals
Dieting or not
eating at all is said to be dangerous during your monthly periods. Eat properly
to boost your energy level because during these times you are losing a lot
amount of blood.
Physical Work
For some severe
cases, women are excused to engage in any physical activity during their periods
to avoid further complications especially when you suffer from stomach or back
pain.
Eat Fast Food
During these times
you need to eat something healthy. Junk foods are a BIG NO during monthly
periods, although it might be tempting but your stomach might upset you. Anyway
you just need to avoid your favorite junk foods for few days.
Work
In some severe cases, women are advised to
stay home for at least one or two days to avoid more complications. It is very
important to rest a lot during monthly periods especially for those women who
are weak and not so healthy.
Staying Up All Night
You must sleep
early to avoid disturbing the production of melatonin (a hormone which is being
produced during the early part of the night, it plays a vital role for a lot of
segments of our health) which can cause serious negative consequences if neglected.
You might experience dizziness if you do not sleep early during your periods and may cause you complicated illness which might be detrimental if not treated immediately.
Sometimes we
neglect the most important thing in order to protect ourselves from any
possible trouble that we face in life. It is to always stay healthy. It is true
