This plant is called Dandelion Greens. During ancient times when
medicines such as tablets or capsules are not yet available, our great
ancestors used flowers or roots as medicinal substitute. In this way it helped

Dandelions though

How to make a tea?
Tea is among the

Make sure to leave the dandelion leaves under the sun and let it
dry for few days. Chop and mince the dried leaves. Use one-half teaspoon of the
chopped dried leaves to add into a glass of warm water. Let it set for five
minutes before drinking.
You may also boil
and simmer around twenty minutes the sixty grams of the chopped dried dandelion
leaves together with thirty grams of dried dandelion roots, 2.5 ounces of water
and add a bit of salt. Strain or filter to separate the liquid. You need to
drink at least two to three glasses daily.
How To Prepare Syrup
You may need at
least four hundred pieces of yellow dandelion flowers, four slices of oranges
and four slices of lemons. Mix all the ingredients with three liters of water.
Do not drink
immediately. The mixture should settle or stay up to twenty four hours before
drinking to reach its optimum level of effectiveness. You may add two cups of
sugar and cook it for around thirty minutes. You will notice the mixture to
become sticky and thick. Now that the mixture is ready you now have natural
homemade syrup that can cure a stubborn cough.
Let it cool before
storing the mixture in a sealed and clean container. This mixture or this
dandelion syrup can cure coughs, colds or even bronchitis. Aside from it is
natural it also helps you to save money. It is safe, healthy and nutritious
without any recorded side effects in the body compared to medicines which are
processed.
